Hats off to the customer services team.  I had noticed that one of the items had an advisory to order a size larger than needed.  However before the order was sent out, someone rang to make sure that I had taken this into account.  It was appreciated.  In fact I think I would have been OK with my normal size but all good. Amazing customer service 2 years after purchasing my coat. Laurence went above and beyond to replace a button. My wool coat is as lovely as the day my husband purchased it 2 years ago. A classic I will treasure.

I was looking for something a little bit special, different and stylish and i found just what I'd been searching for. The Amanda foxes jumper and i certainly am not disappointed. It is gorgeous, super soft and very stylish. The packaging was very well considered from a sturdy box to the lovely tissue paper & ribbon, this made opening it that bit more unique. I will most definitely be purchasing from Hartwell clothing again and i can highly recommend.
Roll on the Horse of the Year show in October for my jumpers debut.
