Have always loved Hartwell's sporting shirts for ladies (wonderful quality, beautifully made, get compliments galore), but now have even more reason to gush about this company. I placed an order directly from their website for the first time as I generally have found them in stores and pro shops in the U.S. I was informed by Hartwell team member Laurence Sassoon that due to recent tariffs imposed by current U.S. administration that an additional duty payment was needed and that Hartwell would split it with me if I moved forward. Total duties payment would have been almost $30 U.S. When I emailed back to just cancel the order, seemed a hassle and I had other things to deal with, Laurence told me Hartwell would pick up the duty payment and he processed the order before I could even respond. Totally great customer service on top of a great product; well done and thank you Laurence!!
