UK Delivery
So the first thing to tell you is that Hartwell is getting into the spirit of Christmas with a great value delivery offer on all orders placed via our website before December 17th.

When you’re ordering outside of the Christmas delivery offer period Hartwell do our best to keep delivery costs down while ensuring that we are offering our customers a great service, so you can order with confidence.
Hartwell Clothing offers free UK delivery for any orders with a value of over £100. For order values under £100 we make a nominal charge of just £3.50 for delivery.
All UK deliveries are shipped using a Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For service, which typically takes two to four days.
Tracking numbers are emailed to our customers upon order fulfilment from our warehouse team, enabling you to track orders online.
For Hartwell Clothing’s overseas customers we offer an excellent International delivery service.
Deliveries within the European Union are charged at £10 for a single item and then £3 for each additional item.
Our North American continent customers love the British styling and quality of Hartwell’s contemporary countrywear and for those living in the USA or Canada Shipping is charged at just £20 for a single item and only £2.50 for each additional item.
Of course we can’t forget the lovely people down under as the Hartwell Brand is growing significantly across the region, so for Australasia customers shipping is charged at £15 for a single item and then £2.50 for each additional item.
All international orders are shipped with a Royal Mail international tracked service.
Customs & Duties.
Please note that recipients within and outside the EU are responsible for any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather.
The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.
We recommend you contact us or your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase.

But how many of you take advantage of Hartwell’s fabulous Loyalty program?
The Hartwell Loyalty program has been available to all new Hartwell customers since the 30th of March 2022.
Start shopping and an account will be automatically created for you and you will only be able to receive loyalty points if you login to your account for subsequent purchases.
Loyalty points are awarded per transaction not per product and you must make 5 separate purchases in order to qualify for your special 50% loyalty discount which will be applied automatically on your sixth purchase.
The 50% discount applies to one item, not a multi-item basket. Any product returns will result in a customer’s Loyalty point being removed.
